This privacy policy explains how Four Pillars Creative ("we", "I") collects and uses personal information when you visit this website or get in touch. The site is operated by Joshua Kerr. We keep things simple: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.
Who we are

What information we collect
We only collect personal information that you choose to give us:
- Contact form submissions — your name, email address, the type of business you run, and your message. This is sent to our email inbox so we can reply to you.
- Direct emails — if you email us, we'll have whatever you include in your message.
We do not run analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or social media tracking on this site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and carry on the conversation you started.
- To discuss and deliver work you've asked about (AI automation and consulting services).
We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you've explicitly asked for it. We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Legal basis (UK GDPR)
Where UK GDPR applies, we process your information on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you sent us) or contract (work we've agreed to do together).
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The only things stored in your browser are:
- Cookie consent choice — a small value saved in your browser's local storage so we don't ask you again on every visit.
Third-party services we load (Google Fonts for typefaces, CDN-hosted JavaScript libraries for animations) may receive your IP address as a technical necessity of serving those files. We do not control and do not receive any tracking data from this.
You can clear stored data at any time through your browser settings.
Contact form processing
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered via FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service, which transmits your submission to our email inbox. FormSubmit's own privacy practices are described at formsubmit.co/privacy.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any work that follows from it. If nothing comes of an enquiry, it's simply left in the inbox like ordinary correspondence and deleted in periodic clear-outs.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to or restrict our use of it
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've handled your data improperly
To exercise any of these rights, email joshua@fourpillarscreative.com.

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
