AI Automation · Trades & Facilities Management

Calls. Quotes. Invoices. Handled.

AI automation for trade businesses and facilities management companies. I build systems that answer the calls, chase the quotes and collect the invoices — while you stay on the tools.

The Foundation

Four pillars.
One system.

I

Capture

Every call you can't answer is a job handed to a competitor. When you're on the tools, an AI receptionist answers, qualifies the enquiry and books it in — and any missed call gets a text back within the minute, 24/7.

Never Miss a Call

Most trade businesses have no idea what their missed calls are worth, because the customer simply dials the next number on Google. Capture closes that leak first — it is almost always where automation pays for itself fastest.

II

Convert

Most quotes aren't rejected — they're just never chased. Every quote you send gets polite, well-timed follow-ups by text and email until the customer says yes or no, and won jobs are booked, confirmed and reminded automatically.

Quotes & Bookings

You spent the evening pricing the job; the system makes sure it never dies in silence. Cancellations trigger automatic slot-filling, so the diary stays full without a single phone call from you.

III

Collect

You did the work — you shouldn't have to be a part-time credit controller too. Firm-but-friendly payment reminders go out on schedule, escalate appropriately, and stop the moment the money lands.

Invoices & Payments

No more 9pm "just following up on that invoice" emails. You get paid faster, keep the customer relationship intact, and never have to write another chasing message yourself.

IV

Compound

Every completed job triggers a Google review request at the right moment — so you rank higher locally and the phone rings more. For FM companies: work-order triage, contractor compliance chasing and client reports that build themselves.

Reviews, Reporting & FM Ops

RAMS, insurance certificates, job sheets, PPM reminders, monthly client reports — the paperwork that eats a coordinator's week runs quietly in the background. This is the pillar that keeps compounding after the others are live.

About Joshua

Direct access.
No agency layers.

I'm Joshua Kerr — founder of Four Pillars Creative. I've spent my life in elite sport as a rugby league player, studied Business Management at university, and I now spend every day building with AI tools as they evolve. This is what I do, full time, obsessively.

I focus on trades and facilities management for a simple reason: it's where automation pays back fastest. These businesses are run by people who are excellent at the work and drowning in the admin around it — and the technology to fix that has only just become genuinely good enough.

You won't get an account manager, a discovery phase or a strategy deck. You'll get one person who scopes the work, builds it, and answers the phone when you call.

Elite sport taught me the standard: do the unglamorous work properly, every time. That's how I build — and it's why everything starts with a free audit that tells you honestly what's worth automating, and what isn't.
